On November 5, Band Hero will hit the shelves, and fans of Guitar Hero will have the opportunity to import 69 tracks from Guitar Hero 5 into Band Hero. Similarly, players can import 61 tracks from Band Hero to Guitar Hero 5. This cross-compatibility allows you to expand your music library and enjoy your favorite songs on both games.

Celebrating the 20th Anniversary of “Let Love Rule”

On November 12, we are excited to welcome back the legendary artist Lenny Kravitz to the Guitar Hero platform. In celebration of the 20th anniversary of his album “Let Love Rule,” three iconic songs will be available for download as a track pack. The pack includes “Let Love Rule,” “Lady,” and “Fly Away.” Experience the magic of Lenny Kravitz’s music as you rock out on your Guitar Hero controller.

Enter the World of KISS

Prepare to rock and roll all night with the iconic band KISS! They are contributing their own three-song pack, featuring “Modern Day Delilah” (the first single off their new album “Sonic Boom”), “Lick It Up,” and “I Was Made for Loving You.” Experience the energy and excitement of KISS as you add their tracks to your Guitar Hero collection.


The Lenny Kravitz and KISS packs are available for 440 Microsoft Points/$5.49/550 Wii Points. Alternatively, you can purchase the tracks individually for 160 Microsoft Points/$1.99/200 Wii Points each.

Exclusive Free Song Pack

In a gesture of appreciation for the loyal fans, Neversoft, the developers behind Guitar Hero, are giving away a fantastic six-song pack. Featuring tracks from Neversoft employee bands, this pack is a special treat for Guitar Hero enthusiasts. The pack includes “Lemon Frosting” by Bunny Knutson, “RockNRola” by Nancy Fullforce, “From the Blue/Point of No Return/T.T.R.T.S” by An Endless Sporadic, “Love Holds It Down” by Dom Liberati, “You Really Like Me” by Davidicus, and “Guilty Pleasures” by Tony Solis.

This exclusive pack will be available for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 users, adding an extra element of excitement for these platforms. But don’t worry, Wii owners! On the same day, you can enjoy eight tracks from Metallica’s Death Magnetic album, previously released on other consoles. These tracks, including “All Nightmare Long,” “That Was Just Your Life,” “The Day That Never Comes,” “The Judas Kiss,” “The End Of The Line,” “The Unforgiven III,” “Suicide & Redemption J.H.,” and “Suicide & Redemption K.H.,” will be available for individual download at 200 Wii Points each.
